DubaiPropertyAuctions (DPA) allows you to add a payment schedule to properties in 'My Portfolio'. This is useful to track your payments to the developer for yout Dubai properties. To add a payment schedule, you must sign into your Account.

Adding a Payment Schedule

Under the 'My Portfolio' box, click on a property under 'Properties I Own' or 'Properties I Have Sold'. If you have multiple properties, click on 'View More' to see the full list of properties. Now click on the property you wish to add a payment schedule for. On the Property's Details Page, under Seller Tolls , click on 'Add a Payment Schedule'. You must enter the month, year and payment amounts (as a % of the Booking Price) for your future payments to the developer. If you are no longer interested in a property on your Watch List, you can easily remove it by clicking on 'Remove from Watch List' button on the property details page. The same steps should be followed to modify a payment schedule for a property, in case you find that you entered it incorrectly before. Note that you can also add or edit a payment schedule to a property on the main Account page, by clicking Add/Edit Payment Schedule under 'Property Options'.

Payment Schedule Reminder Service

DubaiPropertyAuctions (DPA) provides a very useful service that will automatically notify you by Email/SMS in advance that a payment to the developer for a property will be due soon. You can specify how much in advance you would like to receive the reminder in the 'My Preferences' box on your Account page. Under 'Payment Reminder' select 7 days, 15 days, 30 days or 90 days from the drop-down to specify the time period.
