Note
that if you choose to close your DubaiPropertyAuctions (DPA) account,
it cannot be reopened.
How to close your account
- First, submit a formal request to permanently close your account.
- If you have listed or bid on a property recently, DubaiPropertyAuctions
requires a waiting period of 180 days before closing your account.
During the waiting period, you will not be able to bid, make
purchases, list properties, or change your contact information--but
you will still have access to your account information.
- When the waiting period is over, you will receive an email
confirming that your account has been closed. After this, you
will no longer be able to access any part of DPA that requires
an account, and your feedback profile will no longer be available
to other members.

Note:
- The ratings other Members have received through property transactions
with you will not be deleted when you close your Account.
- You may receive email from DPA for up to two weeks after closing
your account. After this, DPA will not contact you, except to
collect outstanding fees if your account has not been fully
paid.
