Your DubaiPropertyAuctions account allows you to keep track of all your selling activity from one central location. Properties you're selling will appear in your Account within the 'my selling activity' section.

When you click on the link next to 'Auction system', you will see a list of all the properties you currently have listed in the 'Auction System'. You can click on each individual property to view its property details page and see how it is currently doing on the auction.

While an auction is ongoing, you can go to this property details page to either reduce your 'Reserve Price' or cancel the listing. If the property does not sell and the auction has ended, you can choose to re-list the auction for an additional 7 or 14 days, or remove it from your portfolio.

When you click on the link next to 'Offer system', you will see a list of all the properties you currently have listed in the 'Offer System'. You will also see all the 'Offers' received for each property you have listed. You can click on each individual property to view its property details page. While an offer listing is ongoing, you can go to this property details page to either adjust your 'Asking Price' or cancel the listing. If the property does not sell and the auction has ended, you can choose to re-list the property, or remove it from your portfolio.

Please note that during a property transaction , your Account page will no longer show the property under 'Bids Placed', but in the under 'Transactions'. Once a property transaction has been successfully completed, it is no longer shown at all.

You'll also receive an email with a daily status update of all the properties you are selling. If you prefer not to receive this email, you can change your notification preferences by signing into your Account. Look under the 'My Preferences' box in your Account click on the 'Settings' link next to Email / SMS Notifications. Here you can set which notifications you would like to receive via Email and SMS.
