Someone
requested a Forgot Your Password email for your account.
If
you did not request this change, you can safely ignore the email
you received. We send it as a security precaution when someone
uses the "Forgot Your Password?" feature. The only way a password
can be changed is if the email you received is actually accessed
and the instructions followed. The email you received is generated
when someone uses the Forgot
Your Password feature.
When
a Username is entered, a notice is sent to the email address registered
to that account with instructions about changing the password.
If you received this email unexpectedly, it is probably because
someone else mistyped his or her own Username or your ID was mistakenly
entered for some other reason. You may also want to check with
friends or family members to see if they made the request.
In
the interest of security, it is a good idea to change
your password every 30 to 60 days.
