that all bids on DubaiPropertyAuctions (DPA) are binding. Therefore, only persons
that are serious about purchasing a property should place
bids on properties. When you are the winning bidder, you
are obligated to pay the high bid price for the property.
As a rule, retracting a bid is not allowed
on DPA.
However,
in the event that an accidental bid is placed, you should
email us at info@dubaipropertyauctions.com
as soon as possible to explain the situation. In the subject
of the email, write 'Request for Bid Retraction'. DPA reserves
the right to accept or deny a bid retraction request, and
will consider each request on a case-by-case basis.
