Sellers have the option to include a 'Buy Now' price when they list their property for sale on DubaiPropertyAuctions.

When you see the button next to a Buy Now price on a Property Details page, you have a special opportunity to get that property right away at a fixed price without waiting for the auction to end.

Using Buy Now is quick and easy.

1. Decide whether you are willing to buy the property for the Buy Now price.
2. Click the Buy Now button at the bottom of the Property Details page.
3. You will see a Buy Now confirmation message and will receive a confirmation email/SMS stating that you have won the property with an explanation of next steps to take.
4. You can view the next steps to take by signing into your Account.

Note that the Buy Now option is only shown on property listings until a property's Reserve Price is met. This means that if you want to take advantage of the Buy Now option, you will need to act quickly!
