Every effort should be made to submit only serious Offers for a property you wish to purchase. However, if you have made a mistake and submitted an Offer to a Seller for the wrong amount, it is easy to cancel your Offer.

1. Simply sign into your Account and click on 'pending' link, next to 'Offers Made' in the 'My Buying Activity' box.

2. Find the relevant property, under which its Offer history (all Offers and Counter Offers) will be listed. Click the date of the particular Offer you want to cancel.

3. On the page that appears, Click on the 'Cancel Offer' button at the bottom of the page. Then click the 'Confirm' button, to confirm your Offer cancellation.
