DubaiPropertyAuctions (DPA) provides the option of 2 property listing formats: an 'Auction' listing or an 'Offer' listing. Auction Listing A Seller lists a property for sale on DPA and will take bids for their property through the online system. The Seller is protected by establishing a Reserve Price for their property. The bidder with the highest bid wins the property (provided the reserve price is met). Offer Listing A Seller lists a property for sale on DPA and sets an Asking Price for their property. will take offers for their property through the online system. Buyers can interact back and forth with the Seller to negotiate a price for the property. This is done through an electronic negotiation system which allows both parties to 'Make', 'Accept' or 'Decline' Offers and Counter Offers. Property Listings page The Property Listings page shows a list of properties indicating in brief the development name, property description, Buy Now price and current bid for each listed property. Members can click on the property description (see below) to take them to the property details page for that specific property. Properties appear on the Property Listings page based on when they are submitted for sale. The most recently listed properties will appear at the top of the page. Properties are listed for auction every hour. A listing will move further down the Property Listings page as new properties are posted to that category. Property Details page The Property Details page will indicate all relevant property information such as: property description, auction start and end dates, bidding information, payment schedule and customised floorplan, brochure and video (when available) for the specified property.
