The starting and ending times for property listings are based on GMT standard time. You can check the Listing Close date for a property you are bidding on by looking under 'Buying' properties in your Account.

How are property listings timed?

Property listing times start once a property is listed on DubaiPropertyAuctions (DPA). Please note that properties will only be listed after DPA staff have reviewed a property's information. Typically, properties shall be listed within 24 to 48 hours of receiving property information from the Seller.

How long does an 'Auction' listing last?

A property auction lasts for either 7 days (168 hours) or 14 days (336 hours), and is a period specified by the Seller when listing the property. If the property does not sell during this listing period, the Seller can once again relist the property for another 7 or 14 days.

How long does an 'Offer' listing last?

An offer listing can last for a maximum of 30 days (720 hours), but can end early if a negotiation for the property has been reached between a Buyer and the Seller.

Note: You can change your preferred time zone by signing into your Account. Look under the 'My Preferences' box in your Account and click on 'Time Zone' to change your settings.
