Once
you find a property on DubaiPropertyAuctions (DPA) you're interested in, it's easy
to make an offer. Here's how:
- To
make an Offer on a property, you need to Register
first and Sign in.
Now carefully look over the 'Property Details' page of the property you wish to make an Offer on. In
the example below, the Asking Price is AED 2,013,000. Click on the 'Make Offer' button.
- Enter your Offer amount and select a message (Optional) to send to the Seller from the 2 dropdown menus. Then click on the 'Submit' button.
- Click
on the 'Confirm Offer' button to reconfirm your Offer amount.
You will get an email confirming your Offer amount. If the Seller Accepts your offer, you will get an email confirming this and outlining the next steps to take.
- The Seller may Decline your Offer, in which case you can 'Make a new Offer' for the property.
- The Seller may also send you a Counter Offer amount. If you agree to this price, you can 'Accept' the Counter Offer, or if not you may 'Decline'. You can even send the Seller in response to their Counter Offer. In this way you can interact back and forth with the Seller to negotiate a price.
