In an Offer System listing on DubaiPropertyAuctions (DPA), a potential Buyer can make an offer for whatever amount they wish. There is no minimum or maximum amount restriction on the Offer Amount submitted by a potential Buyer. It should be noted that even if an Offer amount equal to the Asking Price or above this price is received, the Seller is not obligated to sell the property nor is the potential Buyer obligated to buy the property. |
