Each time you make an offer on a property, you will receive an offer confirmation message at your registered email address/SMS. You will also receive similar confirmation messages when you or the Seller perform any of the following Offer system functions: Accepting, Declining or Countering Offers..

You can also review this information from your Account page. To view the status of your offers, from your Account page look under 'Offers Made' in the 'My Buying Activity' box.

Note: You can choose not to receive these email/SMS notifications by setting your Offer Notifications to 'off'. Simply sign into your Account, and look under the My Preferences box. Click on Email/SMS Notification 'Settings' to update your notification settings.
