| Shill
bidding (also known as "bid padding") is the deliberate
use of secondary registrations, aliases, family members,
friends, or associates to artificially drive up the bid
price of a property.
Shill bidding is strictly forbidden on DubaiPropertyAuctions (DPA). Members that are found shill bidding will receive a warning or may face possible suspension of their DPA account. Learn more about DPA's Policies and Guidelines in our User Agreement.
