| Shill
offers (also known as "shilling") is the deliberate
use of secondary registrations, aliases, family members,
friends, or associates to make Offers on a property with no serious intention to buy. Shill offers mislead the Seller into thinking that these are legitimate offers for their property, and are strictly forbidden on DubaiPropertyAuctions (DPA). Members that are found
making shill offers will receive a warning or may face possible suspension
of their DPA account.
