Once the auction has ended and you are the highest bidder for
the property, you have won the property! Sign
in to your Account and follow the steps to complete the property
transaction. Remember your 1% Reservation Fee is due within 72 hours
after the Auction Close. You will have 14 days after Auction Close
to send payment of the Balance
Deposit (the balance amount required to transfer the property into the buyer's name).
Once the Initial Deposit (Reservation Fee plus Balance Deposit) has been paid, the Solicitor will contact you to schedule an appointment for property transfer into your name.
