The
Palm - Developed by Nakheel this includes the
3 Palm Islands on Jumeirah, Jebel Ali and Deira. This consists

Jumeirah
Beach Residence (JBR) - Developed by Dubai Properties
it is the premier beachfront community in Jumeirah with
four hotel towers and 36 residential/commercial towers and
the JBR "walk".
Burj Dubai - Developed by Emaar, the central
focus of this development is the Burj Tower, set to be the
tallest building in the world. A community will be developed
around this core containing numerous mixed-use towers and
shopping including the largest mall in the world.

Marina - It was the first development to introduce
freehold off-plan properties to Dubai. It is among the world's
largest master-planned waterfront developments of its kind.
Along a man-made marina, are numerous mixed-use residential/commercial
towers.
