This last registration step makes sure your email is working properly.
Remember, having a working email is an important part of working
on DubaiPropertyAuctions (DPA).
For
example, email is used to notify you when you've won a property
or you have received bids for a property you're selling. You'll
also use email to get notifications as you progress through the
property transfer process.

to the "My Preferences" page in your Account. For example,
