Members may have trouble using their credit card to make payments. If a Member's credit card is declined for some reason, they should take the following steps to solve the problem:

1. Contact their card-issuing bank and confirm that the credit card number and expiration date they have on file with DubaiPropertyAuctions (DPA) are valid. If not, the Member should place a new credit card on file or update the expiration date for their existing card.

2. Credit cards may be subject to daily and/or transaction limits. The Member should contact the issuing bank to determine if there are any restrictions that may have caused your card to be declined.

3. Members should confirm with their credit card company that:

  • The credit card is in good standing.
  • Enough credit is available to cover the fee charge.
  • The card is not subject to an internet/phone order block.
  • The card has been activated, if it is newly issued.

You may view your available credit cards by signing into your Account. Simply look under Account Management and click on 'Billing Information'. Here you can add, update or remove your credit cards on file.
