Acting as a neutral third party, Key & Dixon works to provide a safe and secure payment mechanism for both Buyers and Sellers. All funds sent to the account of Key & Dixon are held in trust until the property transaction is complete.

In addition, Key & Dixon will complete all required paperwork and perform all necessary legal functions to complete the property transaction.
