Sellers must pay a non-refundable Listing Subscription Fee to list their property for sale on DubaiPropertyAuctions. Sellers may list as many properties as they wish within a 30 day period. There is no relisting fee within this period.

The Sellers may choose to list their properties on either a 7 day or 14 day auction listing.

DPA may from time to time, at its own discretion, provide its Members with 'Free Listing Vouchers'. These vouchers are equivalent to a 30 day Listing Subscription. When available, these can be viewed in the Member's Account page, under 'Vouchers' in the the 'What's New' box.
