The Seller will be subject to pay DubaiPropertyAuctions a Cancellation Fee of USD 275 to be charged to the Seller's credit card, if either of the following occur:

• the Seller decides to end their property listing at any time before Auction Close.
• the Seller's Reserve Price is met, however, the Seller decides not to proceed at or after the Auction Close.
