Sellers must pay a Service Fee (equivalent to 1% of the property Auction Close price) to DubaiPropertyAuctions (DPA) upon completion of a successful property sale transaction. However, the Seller will NOT BE CHARGED a Service Fee if their property does not sell. The Service Fee is due to DPA at the time of property transfer.
