However, when confirming a successful sale, we reveal only the last four digits of the User’s credit card number. DubaiPropertyAuctions makes no representation or warranty concerning such companies or the services that they offer.

DubaiPropertyAuctions Alliances:

From time to time, DubaiPropertyAuctions may enter into promotional alliances that introduce Users of third-party websites to our services, among other reasons. The companies with whom DubaiPropertyAuctions enter into such alliances may request that DubaiPropertyAuctions provide them with information about Users who were introduced to DubaiPropertyAuctions through their websites. DubaiPropertyAuctions is not responsible for the privacy practices of these companies or their use of the Users personal information. DubaiPropertyAuctions will from time to time, conduct voluntary surveys of Users to the Website to obtain readers opinions, such information may be compiled and shared in aggregate with the news media and other third parties, but not personal details will be traceable or identifiable with specific individuals.

Third Parties

Private E-Mails

DubaiPropertyAuctions will use e-mail addresses submitted by the Users when forwarding details of an Auction Close or information relating to a specific auction. We may use a Users e-mail address to send news regarding our Website, but the User may choose not to receive e-mails of this type by using the Choice/Opt Out provisions of this privacy policy. E-mail addresses may also be used in private correspondence with the User for customer service issues. Credit card information, as collected, is used to bill the User for Website services. All private information submitted by the User is confidential. All private information can be updated or deleted by the User at any time by signing into the User’s Account.

Security

DubaiPropertyAuctions uses industry standard security enhanced systems in order to prevent third party access to the User’s information. These systems include a combination of firewalls, data encryption, login passwords, secure socket layer security protocol and public key encryption technology. The secure socket security encrypts all your personal information, making it impossible for anyone other than the intended party to read your name, address and other confidential information. All of the User’s personal information including their User name and password will remain encrypted on the database where we store our customer information. As an added security layer our entire database remains behind a firewall. DubaiPropertyAuctions uses a two layer sign-on process to secure access to administrative functions and hosts its web servers in a physically and network-secure environment. Although we employ these extensive efforts to maintain security, we cannot guarantee that the User’s contact information will not be intercepted by a third party's illegal efforts.

While we use various technologies to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect User-information off-line. All of the Users' information is restricted in our offices and on our secure web servers. From time to time, we are approached by companies that produce products or provide services that we believe may be of interest to the User. We see this as a value added service helping the User to find products or services to help them work or use the Website smarter.

Our Website provides Users the opportunity to opt out of receiving communications from DubaiPropertyAuctions on the User Account by changing their preferences.When registering, here is the question we ask and what it means: "I'd like DubaiPropertyAuctions and its alliance companies to notify me of upcoming auctions and promotions." If the User checks the box opposite this question, DubaiPropertyAuctions may send the User timely information on upcoming events based on their User profile. Promotional communications from DubaiPropertyAuctions are not likely to be sent more than once per week. If the User does not check the box opposite this question, DubaiPropertyAuctions will not send Users any such communications and will not share their personal information in that manner.

Users who no longer wish to receive promotional materials from DubaiPropertyAuctions or our alliance partners may opt-out of receiving these communications either by replying "remove" in

Correct / Update

To change their registration data, Users must go to the User "Account" area of the Website and choose the information they want to change.
