Once
your property details have been submitted, DubaiPropertyAuctions
(DPA) will require Proof of Ownership of the property you are
selling. An acceptable form of Proof of Ownership may either
be a copy of relevant pages from a Purchase & Sale Agreement OR Reservation Agreement from the developer. The relevant pages must indicate the owner's full name, the Unit/Plot # (and Building # if applicable), Booking Price and Payment Schedule of the property.
Proof
of Ownership is required to determine that a legitimate property
is being put on sale by the rightful owner or their agent.
This
can be provided to DPA in either of 3 ways:
