Here is a summary of the property details that are required information for listing a property.

In order to initiate the confirmation process of the property you submitted, we require you to fax us the associated Purchase & Sale Agreement / Reservation Contract / Booking Confirmation.

The following information needs to be confirmed on these documents.
We must be able to view:

1) Owner's Name (this does not have to be your name)
2) Property Description
3) Booking Price
4) Transfer Fee
5) Payment Schedule

You may fax us multiple pages if all the information does not show on one page.

Note: If, within 30 days, we do not receive all the supporting documents required to confirm the property, your confirmation process will expire and you will have to resubmit your property. No refunds will be issued.
