At Auction Close, the winning bidder will receive confirmation that they have won the property. The winning bidder will have 72 hours from Auction Close to send the 1% Reservation Fee to the Solicitor's (Key & Dixon) Escrow account. The Buyer must then send the Balance Deposit to the Solicitor's Escrow account within 14 days of Auction Close. The Solicitor shall hold all funds in trust until the time of property transfer. At the time of property transfer, the Solicitor shall provide to the Seller a bank draft in the amount to cover deposits previously paid to the developer by the Seller and the Seller's profit, upon the Seller signing property transfer documents into the name of the Buyer.

The status of all your property transactions can always be tracked by signing into your Account and viewing the 'buying activity' and 'selling activity' boxes.
