Charges for selling your properties on DubaiPropertyAuctions

As a seller you will be subject to the following types of fees, when you use DubaiPropertyAuctions (DPA) to sell your properties. need to know about the types of fees you'll pay to use DubaiPropertyAuctions to sell your properties.

Fee types for Sellers:

    1. Listing Subscription Fee

    2. DPA Service Fee

    3. Cancellation Fee

1. Listing Subscripion Fee

Sellers must pay a non-refundable Listing Subscription Fee to list their property for sale on DubaiPropertyAuctions. Sellers may list as many properties as they wish within a 30 day period. There is no relisting fee within this period.

The Sellers may choose to list their properties on either a 7 day or 14 day auction listing.

Sellers must pay a Service Fee (equivalent to 1% of the property Auction Close price) to DPA upon completion of a successful property sale transaction. However, the Seller will NOT BE CHARGED a Service Fee if their property does not sell. The Service Fee is due to DPA at the time of property transfer.

3. Cancellation Fee

The Seller will be subject to pay DPA a Cancellation Fee of USD 275 to be charged to the Seller's credit card, if either of the following occur:

• the Seller decides to end their property listing at any time after their property auction has started.
• the Seller decides not to proceed with the property transaction after the auction has closed.
