After
you have submitted your property for listing, DubaiPropertyAuctions
will verify the accuracy of the property information and then
list your property for auction.
Below is a suggested timeline for submission, verification and
listing of a property:
1.
You submit your property details for listing (Start process)
2.
You submit your proof of ownership for the property (0-12 hours)
3.
DubaiPropertyAuctions verifies the accuracy of the property information
and lists your property (24 hours)
4.
Your auction starts when DPA lists the property. Your auction
will now run from time onwards for 7 days
(168 hours) or 14 days (336 hours) depending on the listing duration
you choose.

a guide. Unavoidable circumstances may cause certain steps to
take longer than usual.
