Once you find a property on DubaiPropertyAuctions (DPA) you are
interested in, it's easy to place a bid. Here's how:
- To bid on a property, you need to Register
first and Sign in. Now carefully look
over the 'Property Details' page of the property you wish to
bid on. In the example below, the Starting/Current Bid is AED 5,901,000.
Click on the 'Bid Now' button to place a bid or click on the
'Buy Now' button (when available)
if you want to buy the property instantly.
- Enter your Maximum bid and
then, click on the 'Submit' button. On DPA,
the minimum bid increment is AED 1000, so you would
need to bid at least AED 1000 more than the current
high bid.
- Click on the 'Confirm Bid' button to reconfirm your bid. That's
it! DPA will now bid on your behalf up to your maximum.
You will get an email confirming your bid. Then at the end of
the listing, you will receive another email indicating whether
you have won the property or not, with an explanation of the
next steps to take.
