Cutting-edge website features

Other property portals provide basic information such as floorplans and unit type. In addition to basic property information, DPA provides project details and in-depth amenity details customised to each property. DPA also provides advanced features including interactive floorplans and maps so you know exactly where a property is. Use our Dubai Locator v2.0 to locate a property development, or take things a step further with the Property Locator v2.0 , which takes you into the development and shows you the actual plot (for villa) or building. Here's how it works:
  • A Seller lists a property for sale on DPA either through our auction system or the offer system. In an auction, the Seller will take bids for their property, while the offer system allows Sellers to receive offers from potential buyers for the property.
  • In an auction listing, the bidding opens at a price the Seller sets and remains on DPA for either 7 or 14 days (the seller decides on the listing time). Buyers then place bids on the property. When the listing ends, the Buyer with the highest bid wins the property! (This is provided that the Seller's minimum price or Reserve Price has been met)
  • In an offer listing, the Seller specifies an Asking Price and the property remains on DPA for a 30 day period. Buyers then make offers for the property. During the listing period, the Seller and Buyers are able to negotiate using the DPA 'e-negotiator' system. This easy to use system allows them to communicate back and forth to settle on a price that is acceptable by both parties.
  • In property listings that offer the 'Buy Now' option, the first Buyer willing to pay the Seller's price gets the property.
