Once you find a property on DubaiPropertyAuctions (DPA) you are
interested in, it's easy to Make an Offer. Here's how:
- To make an offer on a property, you need to Register
first and Sign in. Now carefully look
over the 'Property Details' page of the property you wish to
make an offer on. In the example below, the Asking Price is AED 5,901,000.
Click on the 'Make Offer' button to place an offer.
- Enter your Offer amount and select a message (Optional) to send to the Seller from the 2 dropdown menus. Then click on the 'Submit' button.
- Click on the 'Confirm Offer' button to reconfirm your Offer amount. You will get an email confirming your offer. The Seller will either accept or decline your offer. If your offer is declined you will receive an email stating this and you can sign into your account and make a Counter Offer. If the Seller accepts your offer you will get an email confirming this, with an explanation of the
next steps to take.
