DubaiPropertyAuctions (DPA) makes every effort to ensure that every property listed on DPA is a legitimate one. A large part of ensuring the existence and legitimacy of a property is that every property on DPA requires Proof of Ownership before it is listed for sale. We strive to make sure that the information provided by our Members about the properties they list for sale on DPA is . valid, authentic and up-to-date.

We use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology and 128 Bit data encryption to ensure that any of your information is kept safe on our secure servers. Please also note that we do not share any of our members' information with third parties.

Members can instantly check the number of successful transactions (buy or sell) completed by any DPA member by checking their Member Rating. Before you bid on a property, you can check the Seller's User Rating by clicking on the number next to the their User ID. Sellers may also want to view the User Rating of bidders to see how many successful transactions they have completed in the past.
